Employee training at Atlas Copco is not carried out in a one-shot orientation. Our expertise is the product of adaptive thinking, and we are always looking to meet our customer’s needs with the optimal selection of turbo compressor or expansion turbine machinery.

For instance, providing turbo compressor or expansion turbine machinery for a plant in a gas processing application is hardly a simple task. Our team of experts collaborates with our customer to determine the exact specifications: From turbo compressor flow rate, inlet pressure, discharge pressure, and other operating conditions, a gas processing plant is dependent on our machine’s ability to operate reliably and efficiently. 

For Atlas Copco, employee training describes our permanent effort to orient ourselves to a new project or a new challenge. With each project comes a new opportunity for us to raise the bar and maximize our customer’s productivity.

This attitude has produced a number of technological developments, like our compander, which combines turbo compressor and expansion turbine functionalities in one efficient, compact machine.
